Official is MA 15+. We say 16+ because the battle gore is graphic and there are clear sexual-abuse beats. It is a harder watch than a typical restricted action film

Our take

Paul Greengrass dramatises England's 1381 peasants' revolt with muddy, realistic fighting. Beheadings, blood sprays, throat wounds and mob violence run through it, plus invasive checks on young women and talk of sexual assault. Language stays mild. Fine with a parent from 16. Younger teens who dislike graphic period war should skip it.
