Retired detective Oscar Shaw hunts the people behind his friend's murder. This streaming action-drama brings steady swearing, bar drinking, gun standoffs, child abduction talk and grief speeches. Reviews call it a slow-burn procedural with brief shootouts, not a nonstop action fest. Older teens who accept urban crime violence and vengeance themes can sit with it
