Our take
A horror writer's nightmares blur into real scares in this unrated title available to rent on major platforms; festival notes compare it to R-level horror. Expect frequent f-word dialogue, social drinking, suicide references in podcast banter and slasher-style tension with a baby-mask killer. Best for older teens who handle meta horror and strong language.

Story (may spoil tone)
A nightmare involving a maniac killer in a baby mask serves as inspiration for horror screenwriter Adam Lewis's new script. As more nightmares, visions, and real life terror being to challenge Adam's sanity, he finds himself in a desperate struggle to control his writing, his reality, and who will be Big Baby's next victim.
