Our take
Supernatural horror about a couple who open a dybbuk box in their new yard and fight a possession targeting the wife. Effective jump scares and demon acting land in a tight 72-minute runtime. Religious exorcism themes and grief over a parent's death. Best for about 14 and up.
Uplifting themes
The husband's loyalty drives the rescue, though horror tropes overshadow the lessons Ethan fights to save Liz and seeks expert help instead of ignoring the possession
Story (may spoil tone)
A husband's fight to save his wife from a demonic possession that began the moment the dybbuk box chose her as its next host.
