Our take

Wraps the beloved queer teen romance as Nick and Charlie face graduation and long-distance fears. Netflix rates it MA 15+ for sex and language, a step up from the MA 15+ series. Kissing, intimacy discussions, party drinking, eating-disorder recovery threads, anxiety and occasional strong language, in an otherwise gentle tone. Best for about MA 15+ and up.

Uplifting themes

Communication, empathy and chosen family help friends navigate change with care Nick, Charlie and friends model honesty, therapy and supporting each other through hard transitions

Story (may spoil tone)

It's a new school year for the Truham-Higgs gang. As Nick and Charlie's relationship deepens, their thoughts turn to life after the last bell rings.
