Our take

A Netflix documentary about the 1997 abduction of a young Spanish councilman by ETA and the nationwide protests that followed. TV-14, with archival news footage, survivor and family testimony, and talk of terrorism and murder. Historical rather than sensational, though the real tragedy may upset teens and adults. Fine for about 13 and up if that weight sits okay.
