Runner is an M action comedy thriller from Angel Studios about a former soldier racing to deliver a liver transplant while cartel mercenaries chase him and an unlikely partner. It carries an M for strong violence, bloody images and some language, and a UK 15. Frequent shootouts, vehicle chases, a child whose life hangs on the delivery and moderate stress profanity all feature. Distinct from the separate 2026 title The Runner. Best for teens already used to action violence.
