Our take

Brothers Under Fire follows a U.S. Army squad on leave in Mexico whose wedding trip turns into a firefight with a murderous cartel. Frequent strong profanity, sustained gun violence, killings and party scenes with beer and tequila come with it. Soldiers argue about racism in the military. The tone is gritty action with brotherhood themes. Best for older teens and adults who handle R-level combat.
