A 1980s Bangkok thief keeps slipping past police in this biopic until one determined cop finally corners him. Dialogue stays packed with relentless s-word and damn language, gun cocks, can't-be-killed talk, brothel visits, drunk scenes, and gambling tips. Mature crime-action themes never really leave. Save it for adults and older teens.
Uplifting themes
Friend loyalty gets framed as a virtue even while the story cheers men who rob and kill. Any uplift stays thin next to the crime fantasy On the surface Tee Yai and his partner charm you; underneath they are ruthless, so they are poor models. The cop after them is dirty in his own way. That moral mud belongs with adults
