Our take

The PAW Patrol wash up on a dinosaur island, team up with stranded pup Rex, and race to stop Mayor Humdinger's reckless mining from setting off a volcano. Cartoon explosions, falls, a loud eruption chase and one mean hit on an animal all end reassuringly. Comic butt jokes and a cheeky bum dance are the only language and humour flags. Fine with a parent from 8. Sensitive preschoolers may find the volcano stretch intense.
