Our take

Gabby road-trips to save her dollhouse in this Netflix spin-off. Rated G in the US and G with mild rude humor in the UK. Reviews suggest age 5+, with some overstimulation from bright visuals. Fart jokes, mild threat and brief comic buttock nudity round out the tone. Mostly gentle for preschoolers who know the show.

Uplifting themes

Creativity, compassion, courage and teamwork anchor the adventure Gabby and Grandma Gigi model kindness and playful problem-solving
