Our take

This is a long chase built around shootings, knives and a particularly nasty torture scene. A child is also pulled into the danger. The action looks slick, but it is not weightless, so we would keep it for MA 15+ and up.

Uplifting themes

Protecting a child and refusing to treat people as disposable cut against the agency's cold logic. Loyalty still costs blood Six and a few allies risk everything to keep a kid safe. Many handlers treat human lives like assets on a spreadsheet, which the film quietly judges

Story (may spoil tone)

When a shadowy CIA agent uncovers damning agency secrets, he's hunted across the globe by a sociopathic rogue operative who's put a bounty on his head.

Funerals and talk of putting a friend in the ground open the emotional stakes. Loss motivates the chase more than it pauses for mourning

Talk after watching

  • Six was trained to kill for the state, then discarded. What do agencies owe the people they send into harm?
  • A child becomes leverage in an adult spy war. How should heroes weigh one family member against a wider mission?
