Official is MA 15+. We say 17+ because sexual content, heavy drug use, and strong language push past a lighter restricted comedy

Our take

Rough Night is a loud Miami bachelorette comedy about college friends whose wild weekend slides into panic after a party disaster. The tone mixes crude jokes with frantic cover-up farce. Strong language is frequent, cocaine and other drugs get used, drinking runs heavy, and stripper-party sexuality sits beside comic violence around an accidental death. We land at 17 and up because sexual content, heavy drug use, and strong language stack into a hard adult party comedy

Uplifting themes

Friendship finally matters more than polished image once the weekend lies collapse. Loyalty arrives late, messy, and after a lot of selfish panic The friends are funny on the surface and often awful when panic hits. Growth shows up in patches at best, so younger teens will not find clean heroes here

Story (may spoil tone)

Five best friends from college reunite 10 years later for a wild bachelorette weekend in Miami. Their hard partying takes a hilariously dark turn when they accidentally kill a male stripper. Amidst the craziness of trying to cover it up, they're ultimately brought closer together when it matters most.

Cocaine is snorted on screen, weed is packed into bras, and meth is chased in a later scramble. Heavy drinking fuels most of the bad decisions

Blood appears after the accident, and a gun shows up in a late scare beat. Injury detail stays limited beside the panic
