Neighbors 2 is a loud college-party sequel about a young couple with a baby who end up warring with a new sorority determined to party on their own terms. Nonstop strong language, weed and drinking, crude sex talk, brief nudity, and comic sex scenes played for laughs fill the runtime. First-year students are deep in the partying, which makes the recklessness feel younger. We land at 16 and up because the crude sexual content and drug use outrun a soft restricted watch
Uplifting themes
The sorority's push for equal party power nods at sexism in Greek life and who gets to cut loose. That idea still sits under a lot of crude comedy Parents try to protect their home and baby while the feud escalates around them. Most student leads chase the next party more than any lasting example
Story (may spoil tone)
A sorority moves in next door to the home of Mac and Kelly Radner who have a young child. The Radner's enlist their former nemeses from the fraternity to help battle the raucous sisters.

Party stunts, dares, and neighbour sabotage look copyable to teens who already treat chaos as a game. The film rarely pauses to show lasting cost

Talk after watching
- The sorority wants the same wild freedom the fraternity had. What is fair about party culture, and what still puts people at risk?
- New parents keep a baby in a house next to chaos. How would you set boundaries if neighbours would not quiet down?
