Our take
A former fighter gets dragged back into a ruthlessly violent Marseille gang world in this MA 15+ crime film. Brutal fights, shootings, torture, and graphic wound detail share the screen with frequent strong language, mostly the f-word. Drug dealers, cocaine or weed shipment talk, and hard liquor sit in the plot, with some kissing and sex talk but nothing explicit shown. ClearAge puts it around 16 for older teens who can handle a tense, ugly crime tone.
Uplifting themes
Even inside the harsh tone, modest threads of perseverance and human connection still come through
