Our take

Terrorists overrun a summit and President Danielle Sutton must use her statecraft and military experience to defend her family and fellow leaders in G20 (2025), an MA 15+ thriller. The siege brings frequent action violence as she fights to get people out. Suicide themes and strong language also land under the pressure. ClearAge puts it around 16 for mature teens and adults who can handle a realistic terror-attack setting.

Uplifting themes

Calm under fire and teamwork help Sutton protect people who cannot fight for themselves. Courage and looking out for others keep returning when the plan falls apart Leading from the front, President Sutton protects her family and fellow leaders through the siege. She also refuses to be boxed in by how a woman 'should' look or act in power

Story (may spoil tone)

Short bursts of swearing break through the crisis, mostly the s-word, hell, damn, b-word, and a-hole. Stressed agents and leaders under fire set that tone. The swearing never turns into a comedy rant packed with f-words

Quieter beats before the crisis include kissing and flirtation between adults. No nudity appears, and nothing builds into an explicit sex scene

Beer, wine, or champagne appear in bar and reception beats before and around the attack. Drinking stays as background social texture. No drug-driven plot develops

Hostage tension hangs over the summit takeover, with explosions, armed men in corridors, and leaders hunted through the building. A realistic terror setting can hit younger teens harder than comic-book action

Caught in the summit attack, the president's teenage daughter stays in real danger while adults fight to get people out. Her peril is woven into the family stakes. Nobody treats it as a side joke

Visible blood and ugly injury beats follow the weapon violence, including throat cuts and close shooting. Distant action only is not the style. Bodies and guns stay on screen through the siege
