Our take

A fugitive hero tries to clear his name while a revenge-driven villain hunts him. Most of the action is martial-arts fighting, but one rage scene includes close-range headshots with blood on the ground. Language includes the f-word and plenty of milder swearing. Fine with a parent from 15. Younger Power Rangers fans should not treat this as a kids' spin-off.

Forced to hide in the shadows, fugitive hero Erik Reed must clear his name to reunite with his family. Standing in his way is a mysterious villain obsessed with destroying the White Dragon for good.
