Our take

A Haunted House 2 continues the parody with possession scares, sexual jokes, and references to meth, cocaine, and vodka. A child is present while adults panic, even though the film plays the danger for laughs. We put it at around 17 and up, above the displayed MA 15+ rating.

Uplifting themes

Blended-family loyalty gets a few sincere beats between gags. Mostly crass. Do not expect lessons Adults behave like the first film, now with kids watching. They love each other messily. Not examples Optional media talk about horror franchises. Otherwise zero curriculum value. Pure parody

Story (may spoil tone)

After exorcising the demons of his ex, Malcolm starts afresh with his new girlfriend and her two children. After moving into their dream home, Malcolm is once again plagued by bizarre paranormal events.
