Our take

A Netflix action thriller about elite soldiers facing an ambush after a hostage rescue. Constant gunfights, kidnapping peril, torture references, smoking and alcohol talk and heavy Spanish-language profanity throughout. Gritty and militarised. Best for mature teens around 15+ who can handle MA 15+ action.

Uplifting themes

Loyalty among soldiers appears, though violence still dominates Captain Guerrero leads the rescues, but the world stays morally gray

Story (may spoil tone)

When a hostage rescue mission creates a new enemy, Capt. Guerrero and his elite soldiers must face an ambush by a criminal group.
