Our take
Rocky's Cat-astrophe is a 44-minute PAW Patrol special on Paramount Plus and Netflix Kids. When a Humdinger scheme destroys a junkyard kitten's home, Rocky invites the kitten to stay at the Lookout overnight. Mild cartoon peril, silly chaos and a gentle lesson about asking for help make up the tone. It fits preschool and early elementary PAW Patrol fans.
