Our take
The Run follows an aging smuggler protecting a pregnant refugee in a post-pandemic fertility crisis. Strong profanity, survival violence, and bleak futuristic dread fill the runtime. Older teens and adults already comfortable with those dystopian themes are the fit. Road peril and rare-infant stakes keep the pressure hard throughout.

In a dystopian, post-pandemic world crippled by a global fertility crisis, an aging smuggler struggles to protect a runaway teenager and her newborn baby from ruthless criminals, while trying to complete his run for his vicious employers.
