Our take
This PG animated adventure puts animals aboard a speeding train while a vengeful badger threatens a crash. Cartoon chases, talk of rifles and explosions, kidnapping played for laughs and one bully insult all turn up. A crude kiss-my-tail joke is verbal rather than romantic. The short runtime and upbeat teamwork make it fine for early elementary kids, with a parent nearby for the scarier train moments.
Uplifting themes
Teamwork, courage and helping friends are what anchor the rescue plot Falcon the raccoon shows clever leadership when things get tense
Story (may spoil tone)
When a train unexpectedly starts up, taking only pets with it, the animals discover that Hans, a badger with a grudge is behind it all. While the crash seems inevitable, the animals can count on Falcon, a roguish Raccoon who will do anything to save them.
