The Lego Movie 2: The Second Part is a colourful toy-world adventure with songs, jokes, kidnappings, and brick-built battles. The action is playful, though nightmare talk and a few creatures may unsettle very sensitive children. Language is mild and sexual content is absent. We put it at around 6 and up, with a parent nearby for younger viewers during the loudest scenes.
Uplifting themes
Sharing, teamwork, and making room for someone else's play style sit at the heart of the story. Characters learn that winning alone is empty. The message is warm without feeling preachy Emmet keeps choosing kindness and Lucy grows into trust and flexibility under pressure. Friends apologise and try again. Kids get clear models for repairing a fight Sibling conflict over toys and creative play gives families an easy after-film chat. Imagination and cooperation are the soft skills on offer. It is not a school lesson, just useful talk fuel
Story (may spoil tone)
It's been five years since everything was awesome and the citizens are facing a huge new threat: LEGO DUPLO® invaders from outer space, wrecking everything faster than they can rebuild.

Nightmare talk, alien kidnappings inside the Lego world, and a few creature moments add mild menace. Most of it stays playful and colourful. Sensitive kids may still need a hand-hold during the darker jokes
